Fixed-price business services

Business services, off the shelf. Done.

Staging packs, lead-list follow-up, demo videos, visibility audits, monthly strategy, and review replies for small businesses — every shelf printed with its full price and its delivery window before you pay. Order at checkout; everything after that happens by email.

Fixed prices · Stated delivery windows · Zero sales calls, checkout to delivery

Why a shelf, not a search? 82% of small businesses already use at least one AI tool, and 70% of owners say they need more training to use it effectively (SBE Council 2026; Thryv 2026). ShelfDone sells the finished work instead — produced for you, reviewed before it ships.

82%

of small businesses already use at least one AI tool — the spend exists; the finished work is what’s missing.

70%

of owners say they need more training to use AI effectively — tools on a shelf they have to run themselves.

One operator

Every shelf is produced and reviewed by the same accountable operator — not a different stranger per order.

Industry data: SBE Council 2026 Technology Use Survey and Thryv 2026 AI & Small Business Adoption Survey. ShelfDone is a new storefront; it makes no customer or results claims, and every deliverable passes a review check before it is sent.

The old way to buy this work

Four marketplaces, four obstacle courses

Buying routine business work online still means auditions, auctions, and lead forms — before anyone tells you the price or the date.

The gig shelf

Thousands of near-identical listings on the big gig marketplaces. A 20% seller fee is baked into the price, a buyer fee is added at checkout, and quality resets to zero with every new seller you try.

The proposal queue

Post the job, wait, read proposals, interview strangers, negotiate, then watch an hourly meter run. The work starts days after the need does.

The lead form

Local-service marketplaces hide the price behind a contact form, then sell your request as a lead. The first step is a phone call — whether you wanted one or not.

The file download

Template marketplaces sell files and leave the work to you: the download is the beginning of the job, not the end of it.

How it works

Checkout to delivery, by email

Four steps. Your part is the first two; the shelf does the rest.

  1. 1

    Pick a shelf

Scope, full price, and delivery window are printed on the shelf — compare them the way you compare products, because they are products.

  2. 2

    Check out

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your card number, and no account or sales call stands between you and the order.

  3. 3

    Send your materials

A confirmation email restates your window and lists exactly what to send — listing photos, your lead list, your review links. Reply with the files; that starts the clock.

  4. 4

    Receive the finished work

Your deliverable arrives by email inside the stated window, reviewed before it ships. One revision round is included with the Listing and Demo shelves.

Two shelves have a free first step

The Listing Shelf begins with a free watermarked spec photo of your own listing, and the Visibility Shelf with a free audit sample — the free rung proves the work before the paid shelf. Email chiticohq+shelfdone@zohomail.com with your listing or your URL and ask for the free start.

The shelves

Six shelves. Full price, stated window.

Each shelf is a fixed piece of work: what’s delivered is listed, the price is the total, and the window starts when your materials arrive complete.

  • One revision round included

You send: the photos of your vacant rooms — six of them.

What ShelfDone is not: not a marketplace (no third-party sellers — one operator stands behind every shelf), not an agency retainer (no hourly billing, no account manager), and not a results service (deliverables and windows are promised; business outcomes never are). Operated by Chitico HQ. If any line on this page disagrees with this table, tell us at chiticohq+shelfdone@zohomail.com — the table is the commitment.

Side by side

ShelfDone vs. the marketplaces

The differences are structural — they come from how the shelf is built, not from a promotion.

How buying works ShelfDone The big marketplaces
Platform tax None added. The shelf price is the total; checkout runs direct through Stripe. Gig marketplaces take up to 20% from the seller and add a buyer fee at checkout — both end up inside the price you pay.
Price Printed on the shelf, in full, before you contact anyone. Often set after proposals, bidding, or a lead form — the total arrives late.
Getting started Checkout, then one email with your materials. No bidding, no interviews, no hourly meter. Post, wait, compare strangers, negotiate — or hand over your number and take calls.
Phone calls None. Checkout to delivery happens entirely by email. Lead marketplaces are phone-first by design.
Who does the work One accountable operator, one review check on every deliverable, the same standard on every order. A different freelancer per order; quality varies by seller and resets when you switch.
Delivery window Stated on the shelf before you pay, restated in your confirmation email. Set per seller, per order — usually after you’ve committed.

Comparison reflects the marketplaces’ published pricing and buying flows as of October 2026: gig-marketplace seller fees up to 20% plus buyer service fees; freelance platforms using proposal/bidding with per-contract fees; local-service platforms using paid-lead and contact-form flows. Figures are the platforms’ own published terms, not our measurements.

Shelf Club

The recurring work, on one shelf

Tools rent you the software and keep the work. Shelf Club is the standing order instead: the recurring shelves, produced for you every month, under the same review check, with the same zero-call rule.

The median small business already spends about $2,200 a year on AI tools it still has to operate itself (SBE Council, 2026). Club replaces the operating, not the tools: the finished work, done for you, month after month.

Month-to-month. No contract term, no setup fee, no exit call — cancel by replying to any email from us, and the current month simply runs out.

$297/mo

Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel by email reply, effective at the end of the current month.

  • Review replies — 20 per month, in your voice (Reply Shelf)
  • Monthly strategy refresh — your 2-page strategy, updated (Strategy Shelf)
  • One refresh of your choice each month — a new demo video or a staging refresh (Demo or Listing Shelf)
  • Every item delivered by email, reviewed before it ships

In plain words

What you can hold us to

We promise deliverables and windows — the things on the shelf. We never promise what the work will do for your numbers; that part is yours, and any seller who guarantees it is guessing.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. The price on the shelf is the total at checkout; nothing is added after.

The window

Your confirmation email restates your delivery window before work begins. The window starts when your materials arrive complete, and your deliverable arrives by email inside it.

Cancelling

Subscriptions are month-to-month and cancel by email reply — no retention call, no exit form. One-time shelves are confirmed by email before work begins, so there is always a written record of what was ordered.

Questions

Asked, answered

How do I place an order?

Pick a shelf, check out through Stripe, and watch your inbox: a confirmation email restates exactly what you ordered, your delivery window, and the materials to send. Reply to that email with your files and the clock starts.

Which shelf should I start with?

The one whose work is currently sitting on your plate. Agents usually start with the Listing Shelf, dealers with the Lot Shelf, sellers with the Demo Shelf — the doors at the top of this page route by situation. Every shelf is a complete order on its own; nothing requires a bundle or a membership.

Do we ever need to talk on the phone?

No. Ordering, materials, delivery, revisions, and cancellation all happen by email. That is a design rule of the store, not a preference — there is no sales call at any step, in either direction.

When does my delivery window start?

When your materials arrive complete — for example, all six listing photos for the Listing Shelf. Your confirmation email lists exactly what “complete” means for your shelf, so there is no guessing about the date.

What if the delivered work needs a change?

One revision round is included with the Listing and Demo shelves. Reply to the delivery email with what to adjust; revisions are handled by email like everything else.

What don’t the shelves do?

They deliver the stated work product inside the stated window — nothing more is claimed. We don’t promise sales, bookings, rankings, or revenue, and shelf copy never will. On the Listing Shelf, staging changes furnishings and décor only: walls, floors, fixtures, and the property itself are never altered, and every staged photo ships beside its original.

How do I cancel Shelf Club or the Reply Shelf?

Reply to any email from us and say so. The subscription ends at the close of the current month; there are no further charges and no cancellation call.

The shelf is stocked. The prices are printed.

Pick the piece of work you keep meaning to hand off, read exactly what it includes, and check out. Your confirmation email takes it from there.
